Damaged, Defective, or Wrong ItemsContact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Change of Mind We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items Hair accessories, bonnets, scrunchies, and similar personal care items are final sale.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
